We recently completed a custom tile shower. After demo we discovered that the original shower pan system was installed incorrectly. After 12 years the shower liner failed resulting in a rotten subfloor, rotten framing, mold and even mushrooms. Landmark Contractors removed all the tile, rotten framing and even the mushrooms. We installed new sub flooring and framing including a custom niche. We took the extra time that is necessary to install a shower floor pan system. We installed a new Delta shower valve, and then tiled the floor, walls and installed a shower door.
